Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. said the board approved appointing Mr. Musaed Abdulmohsen Alhokair as Chairman, Mr. Maged Abdulmohsen Alhokair as Vice Chairman and Mr. Sami Abdulmohsen Alhokair as Managing Director.

The board proposed cash dividend for H2-14 at 12.5% of the stock par value, or SAR 1.25 per share, totaling nearly SAR 68.9 million.

Shareholders of record until the close of trading on March 19 will be eligible for this dividend.

The payment date will be announced later.
